What is the minimum order quantity?
There is no minimum order quantity but these products are quantity driven. The more you buy the cheaper they are.
Do you offer samples?
We do offer samples, these can be collected form our warehouse or we can send them via post. All we ask is that they get returned in the same condition they were received in. Once finished with you will need to post them back to us.
Does the customer have to create the artwork, if so what format does this need to be in?
Yes, the customer will be supplied with a template in a PDF format. The customer will need to create the artwork and simply drag and drop the artwork into the PDF template.
Does the customer have to create the content for the screen, if so what format does this need to be in?
Yes, it is the customers responsibility to create the content. Jpeg's for photos and MP4 for videos.
Do you upload the content to the products and is this an extra charge?
We can upload the content free of charge as long as we have the content before print. If the content is supplied after print then there will be a charge per product.
How do I charge the product?
Simply plug the USB charger provided into your computer and into the product and leave to charge.
Can the customer change the content?
Yes, if the customer decides the content needs changing then they have to simply plug the USB charger provided into a computer and then into the product. The customer will then need to delete the content they wish to delete then drag and drop the new content into the file.
What are the lead times on products?
Depending on the quantity, size of products and how bespoke the product is depends on the lead time. As a rough guide only we can turn around 100 video brochures in upto10 days.
You offer a bespoke service can you explain more please?
If our core product range isn’t for you or you are looking for something a little different then we can build screens into different cases (metal, wood, plastic) and into different shapes and sizes. Our team will work with you to discuss your requirements and device a solution that is bespoke to you.
What length of video can be played on the products?
The customer can play videos upto 25 minutes long in our standard product range but if their video is longer then the customer has an option to upgrade.
